How far are you from the Airport are you?
We are only 900 metres - 3 mins by car or a fourteen-minute walk from the Adelaide Airport. Can I walk to the Airport? We are an easy 14 minute walk to the Adelaide airport - 900m Do you have a shuttle service? Yes we do - shuttle service . Charges apply Do you I need to pay a Bond? Yes up to $200 Do I Pre-pay for my accommodation? Yes - a Preauthorisation is processed 4 days prior to arrival. How much? The room rate + $100 What is a Preauthorisation? There’s a difference between taking a card payment and reserving an amount on a customer’s card. The latter is referred to as ‘preauthorisation’ or ‘preauth’ for short. A common way to do this is by processing a debit or credit card so that a specified amount is temporarily placed on hold in the customer’s account. The money is held for a limited time, up to 5-30 days, until either the merchant finalises (‘completes' or ‘authorises’) the card transaction or the bank returns the amount to the customer’s available balance (for instance, if it times out). Preauthorisation meaningA preauthorisation is a temporary (‘uncaptured’) hold of a payment amount on a customer’s credit or debit card, to be completed (‘completed’) in a future transaction. While the money is held, the cardholder cannot spend it. The amount is effectively deducted from the total account balance, but in a pending state as the payment has not been made into the merchant’s account. When the time comes for the customer to pay up their bill, the amount owing is converted into a completed transaction by the merchant and the remaining funds are released by the cardholder's bank. When can we check-in and what time is check-out? Check-in - 2pm Check-out 10am We try to be as flexible as possible, if your room is available early you are welcome to check-in before our usual 2:00pm. Charges will apply. Yes you can - see information required for after hours check-in. Do you have luggage storage? Yes, if you arrive early and the rooms are not ready, we can arrange storage of your luggage during Reception hours. Do you have a lift? No we dont! If you require a downstairs room, please request this when making your reservation. Your request may not always be confirmed. Do you have a Restaurant on site? Our restaurant is open Sunday to Friday & closed Saturday & Public Holidays. |
Is there car parking available on-site?
Yes, and it’s free for the night of stay. Am I able to leave my car there whilst I am away? Yes Bookings essential Charges apply - please send a request for quote. Motel guests have priority over Long Term Car Parking Car parking Quote No Party Policy The Adelaide Airport Motel has a strict “No Party” policy to ensure guests who are travelling early in the morning are not inconvenienced through noise or actions of others. We reserve the right to request people who are making too much noise at any time of the day or night to leave. No refunds will be applicable. The police may be called to investigate complaints of excessive noise or anti-social behaviour. Can I bring my pet? Sorry, no pets allowed. Smoking All our accommodation is 100% smoke-free in all rooms and suites. Smoking areas are allocated outside the building with tables, chairs and ashtrays provided. Guests will be charged a $200.00 cleaning fee if evidence of smoking is found in the room. Do you have FOXTEL? No Do I pay when I make the reservation? NO - a preauthorisation is processed 4 days prior to arrival. This preautorisatioin covers Room charge + any incidental charges that may be incurred. What is a Preauthorisation? |
