On behalf of the Adelaide Airport Motel, we would like to welcome you to the Motel and we hope that your time with us is enjoyable. With this in mind, we have compiled this directory detailing the facilities and services offered here at the Motel along with other relevant information. Due to COVID-19 there are a number of changes that have occurred to enable us to follow the changes implemented by government.
All rooms are Non-Smoking. Extra charges will apply if guests smoke in the room. There are designated smoking areas on the premises.
Guests are expected to behave in a manner which is conducive to the safety, comfort and convenience of other guests. We ask that you respect the needs of others by refraining from loud discussions, playing loud music or allowing doors to slam
Failure to comply with house rules may result in the eviction of the offender at the discretion of Management
Checkout time - 10am.
During this COVID-19 period visitors are not permitted into guest rooms
Takeaway food deliveries are to be greeted at the front door
Please do not alter the settings on the Air Conditioner unit. Contact Reception if there are problems. Please turn Air Conditioner OFF when leaving room
We no longer store guest luggage
Breakfast packs available at Reception. Restaurant is not open for dining
On-site car parking is complimentary for the nights you are a guest at the Motel. Long Term Parking available - see Reception
An evacuation plan with directional signs and instructions is located in the room. Please familiarise yourself with the procedure.
Guest laundry is located adjacent to Room 5. At the current time it is available 8am - 3.30pm. Ironing is not permitted in guest room
If you find anything in your room that is not in working order, please contact Reception and report it immediately

Pets are NOT permitted into the Motel or Motel rooms
During your stay we have reduced room servicing to minimise team member and guest interaction. Should you require clean linen, please let reception know. Anyone who may experience any issues are encouraged to ring our after-hours 08 8234 4000 and we will be happy to provide assistance
Recycling - please leave any empty bottles & cans beside the rubbish bin & these will be collected by housekeeping & recycled
Security is important to us, please ensure that your door is securely closed when leaving your room.
Shuttle - charges apply. Shuttle times have been amended to 8am-3.30pm Mon-Fri only

Water is a precious commodity. Please turn OFF when not in use and report any leaking taps to Reception
Electricity is a precious commodity. Please turn OFF All lights and other appliances when leaving room. This includes Air Conditioner
WiFi - can be accessed anywhere in the Motel. Please see Reception for password. Internet is provided by Nomadnet.
