Any booking made within the 48 hour Cancellation period, will void any right to cancel the booking without charge.
CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS
A Cancellation request MUST be made via email.

Cancellations made up to 2pm, 48 hours prior to arrival date will NOT incur a fee.
Cancellations made after 2pm, 48 hours prior to arrival check-in time (2pm)– one nights’ accommodation fee will be charged.
A reservation made directly with the Adelaide Airport Motel can be cancelled directly with the Motel provided it is within the cancellation period.
No-Show will incur a fee of one nights' accommodation.
MODIFICATIONS
A reservation made directly with the motel, may be Modified with the motel.
A modification made within 48 hours of Cancellation period will be subject to No refund policy.
A modification to a reservation is subject to the motel’s availability at the time the modification is requested and may change the rate and/or require payment of cancellation.
A reservation made through a Third Party booking agent ie. Booking.com, FCM, CTM must be modified with the Third Party booking agent
REFUNDS
NO shows - will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee ( 1 NIGHTS’ ACCOMMODATION)
NO refunds for cancellations within the 48 hour cancellation period
