A credit card authority & charge back must accompany all Corporate reservations. It is a requirement that the card holder send proof of credit card & photo Id.
The guest will be required to provide a credit/debit card for security unless the third party cardholder has elected to cover all charges during the stay.
The guest is required to provide a current driver’s license, proof of age card or passport for identification purposes. The name on this identification must match the name on the booking.
A photocopy of this identification may be taken. The Online Check-in needs to be completed before arrival.
When making bookings we require - mobile number, email address & arrival time for the guest. Reception hours have been modified and we are no longer 24hr Reception.
We now offer an Online check-in. This Online Check-in needs to be completed before arrival.
Corporate Bookers need to advise their clients that Photo Id & credit card details are required and a Preauthorisation will be processed on the credit card to cover any Incidental charges.
Any booking made within the 48 hour Cancellation period, will void any right to cancel the booking without charge.
