Reception and Check-In Information
We have changed the way we do business.
COVID-19 is very much still a huge threat to South Australians and we are striving to provide hassle-free accommodation for those needing to travel for work/medical appointments.
We have been forced to undergo some changes to our business operations such as hours of operations, check-in procedure, limited shuttle hours.
We understand that changes may be difficult at times, but we are so grateful for everyone's patience and understanding during this time.
At the end of day we are doing what we can as a local family-operated business to remain open during these unprecedented times, while aiming to provide friendly, affordable and exceptional accommodation.
The Reception Office
Our reception office has changed operating hours. Reception is open 8am to 10pm (Mon - Fri) - may vary on the weekend
We are available 24/7 over the phone.
Furthermore, our staff are only a short drive away to provide prompt on-site assistance outside of business hours where required. This number is available at the reception desk.
Contactless & Online Check-in
Check-in outside of Reception hours is available. If arriving after 10pm (Mon - Fri) please contact us to arrange key collection.
As the reception desk will be closed, all guests are required to complete the Online check-in (which will be emailed) and provide evidence of photo Id and credit card used for the reservation.
All guest arriving outside Reception hours will receive SMS text message on the day of arrival with instructions on how to access the Key safe.
Online check-in will be sent via email to nominated email address. This needs to be completed before arrival.
Key safe is located at our back entrance and will dispense room keys.
With the current situation with COVID-19, our restaurant is not open, however, you can support local businesses in the area by ordering takeaway meals.
