This property has rooms on Ground and First Level. Upstairs rooms are only accessible via stairs, we do not have a lift. If a downstairs room is essential, (subject to availability), please request this when making a booking
The Reception Office Our reception hours have changed. Reception is open 5am to 9.30pm (Mon - Fri). Saturday 5am - 8pm & Sunday - 8am - 10pm Weekend hours may vary

Late Arrivals & Online Check-in Check-in outside of Reception hours is available. If arriving after 9pm, please contact us to arrange key collection. As the reception desk will be closed, all guests are required to complete the Online check-in (which will be emailed) and complete an ID and CREDIT CARD VERIFICATION. On completion of All required information, Guests arriving outside Reception hours will receive SMS text message on the day of arrival with instructions on how to access the Key safe. Online check-in will be sent via email to nominated email address. This needs to be completed before arrival. Key safe is located at the Front entrance and will dispense room keys.

We try to be as flexible as possible, if your room is available early you are welcome to check-in before our usual 2:00pm. Charges will apply. Whenever possible we may be able to accommodate a later departure – just speak to us at Reception. Charges will apply . You will be asked to provide a current driver’s license, proof of age card or passport for identification and the credit card that has been used for the reservation. The name on this identification must match the name on the booking and the credit card supplied for payment. A photocopy of this identification may be taken. A security bond of up to $200 per room is required. If using a credit/debit card, a pre-authorisation to cover Room + Bond. will be processed up to 4 days prior to arrival. Your card must have available funds to cover this pre-authorisation. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation, if the credit card can not be preauthorised. If a third party credit card is being used to pay for your booking, a credit card authorisation must be completed by the cardholder prior to check-in and a photo of the credit card & card holders Id sent to motel or the guest will be required to pay for the accommodation. You will still be required to provide a credit/debit card for security unless the third party cardholder has elected to cover all charges during your stay.
Check-in Online To minimize check-in time we now have an Online check-in procedure. An Online Check-in email will be sent prior to arrival. All guests are required to Check-in Online before arriving.
Third Party Bookings When making a booking for a third party, please complete the Credit card authority2023 form and return by email. Any booking made within the 48 hour Cancellation period, will void any right to cancel the booking without charge.
Cancellations / Modifications / No Shows A Cancellation or Modification request must be via email Cancellations or Modifications made up to 2pm, 48 hours before arrival date will not incur a fee. Cancellations or Modifications made after 2pm, 48 hours before arrival date will incur a fee of one nights' accommodation. No-Show will incur a fee of one nights' accommodation. A reservation made directly with Adelaide Airport Motel can be cancelled or modified with the motel. A reservation made through a third party booking agent, must be cancelled or modified with the agent.
