Here at Adelaide Airport Motel, the health & safety of our guests, is our priority & we are taking all the necessary measures to ensure that we are compliant with the recommendations of State & Federal governments.
At present, we do not allow guests to have visitors join them onsite.
With the unprecedented challenge of COVID-19, we have now introduced a range of cleaning protocols in addition to our already thorough processes.
Our reception opening hours have been modified, however, our phones will still be answered at all times
Public areas:
On top of regular cleaning & sanitation we have increased the frequency of cleaning & disinfecting in our public areas, this includes high touch-points, door handles, bench tops, seating in the Reception area.
Hand sanitiser can be found on the Reception counter & we encourage guests, staff & visitors to regularly sanitise their hands upon entering & exiting the property.
Signage has been installed to ensure guests & staff meet social distancing guidelines.
Guest rooms:
In addition to our current extensive cleaning processes in guest rooms, we have implemented additional sanitation processes in every guest room. Every room is cleaned after guests depart. All areas are thoroughly cleaned & sanitised with extra attention to hard & high touch surfaces.
We have also temporarily removed room servicing, to reduce the risk on our staff & our guests.
Should guests require fresh towels, amenities & toiletries, these will be available upon request.

- We ask that you do not enter if you are unwell.
- Staff required to wash hands regularly
- Hand sanitiser available at Front counter

- One entry check-in point that is sterilised after each person
- One person at any time to be at front counter
- Eftpos machine sterilised after each use
- Pens sanitised after each use
- Room keys sanitised before issuing to guests & upon return
- We no longer store luggage
- All personal items left behind e.g. pillows/clothes will be disposed of immediately
- After hours Reception is staffed remotely – our team is only a short drive away.
- Do not enter if you feel unwell
- Practice good hygiene including washing your hands
- Adhere to physical distancing at all times - maintain 1.5m
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose & mouth
- Avoid physical greetings such as shaking hands
- Everyone must comply with government & Public Health Orders while at the motel
- Place all rubbish in bin provided in room
- Check that you have collected all your items before leaving room
