Adelaide Airport Motel Car Parking Terms & Conditions
- Long term car parking is subject to availability and priority is given to Adelaide Airport Motel house guests.
- When you park and leave your vehicle in the Adelaide Airport Motel car park, you do so at your own risk, and you remain responsible for your vehicle and any property in or on it. You agree to leave a set of car keys with the Adelaide Airport Motel.
- You agree to provide your name, contact details, drivers licence details, credit card information, licence plate number and booking period
- Cancellations and amendments must be in writing at least 48 hours prior to start of booking period.
- You agree to indemnify the Adelaide Airport Motel in respect of any claim made against us as a consequence of, in relation to, or in any way arising out of your use of this car park.
- You must ensure that your parked vehicle is securely locked, and you must not litter the car park, or allow your vehicle to spill or leak oil in it.
- You must not park your vehicle so as to obstruct or permit the obstruction of the free passage to, or the use of, this car park. We reserve the right to remove any obstructing vehicle. We will not be liable for any damage to your vehicle, persons, or property by such removal.
- You authorise (in writing) the Adelaide Airport Motel to release or give access to your vehicle to any person presenting or producing at our absolute discretion any satisfactory verification of ownership authority or entitlement to possession of your vehicle and you release and will not hold us liable for that access or release.
- All parking costs or expenses due or related to the parking of your vehicle are payable in full by you. You authorise the Adelaide Airport Motel to charge any credit card previously provided by you and accepted by us for any such costs or expenses. You agree that we have a lien over your vehicle and its contents for all parking costs or expenses due and unpaid under these terms and conditions and are entitled to retain possession of your vehicle and its contents as a security attachment for payment in full of all or any of your parking costs and expenses.
- These terms and conditions apply at all times whilst your vehicle is parked or otherwise in our custody or control and can only be altered by a signed written agreement between you and the Adelaide Airport Motel.
